Save a Bee is a concept we're crowdfunding into reality. Here's the plain-English version of what that means for you as a backer — and exactly how we handle the one piece of data we collect.

It's a concept — the renders aren't the final product
Every product image on this site is a concept render, not a photo of a finished kit. No kits exist yet; your pledge is what funds the first production run. The final design, materials, dimensions, colours and contents may change as we move from concept to manufacturing — we'll keep backers posted as the real thing takes shape.
Pledges, rewards & delivery
Pledges are made on Kickstarter, never on this site — we don't see or process your payment. Your pledge is governed by Kickstarter's Terms of Use and their rules for backers and creators. As with any crowdfunding project, rewards and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees: building a real product carries risk and timelines can move. We'll be honest about progress, delays and any changes through the campaign and our updates.
Your email & privacy
If you join the updates list, we store just your email address and the time you signed up — nothing more. It's kept in our Google Firestore database and used only to send occasional Save a Bee updates: campaign progress, production milestones and shipping news. We never sell, rent or share it, we don't run ads, and there are no third-party trackers on this site. Unsubscribe or have your address deleted any time — email hello@saveabee.bz and it's done.
